Vanderbilt Bay Construction Chosen for Condo Project

Development in Downtown Naples
The 600 Fifth Avenue Development Corp. has selected Vanderbilt Bay Construction as builder for The Colonnade on 5th, a new luxury condominium project in downtown Naples.

"Their expertise in satisfying the needs of residents who demand the finest craftsmanship was an important factor in our decision," stated vice president J. Kemp Deming.

Located at 600 Fifth Avenue South, The Colonnade on 5th features 17 luxury condominiums on upper floors. The 17 residences will range from 1,900 to 3,200 square feet.

The Colonnade on 5th is a development of the 600 Fifth Avenue Development Corporation, an affiliate of Continental Realty Corp.
