By: Editorial Staff

Assets Increase

Community Bank of Naples has achieved record first-quarter results.

First quarter net income of $846,000 was a 34 percent increase over 2002's first quarter results and represented a 1.62 percent return on assets and a 22.02 percent return on equity. At March 31, the bank had total assets of $221 million as compared to $171 million a year ago.

"We are delighted with these results and proud of our record in providing true community banking to our customers" said Robert Guididas, president and chief executive officer.
