Pazo Headquarters Designed by Gora McGahey

By: Editorial Staff

Completion Set for Summer

Gora McGahey Associates in Architecture has completed the design for the new Pazo headquarters in Fort Myers.

Pazo is a new line of clothing, designed for women between the ages of 25 and 35, being rolled out by Chico's. The building design is an adaptive reuse of the former Darby Lighting building, located adjacent to the Chico's headquarters on the corner of Metro Parkway and Metro Plantation Road.

The building design is contemporary, in keeping with Pazo's image. Firm principals Bruce T. Gora and Dan McGahey are both involved with the Pazo project, along with project architect Sam Vincent.

Construction of the 9,800 square foot project has begun, under a construction management contract with R. Walsh Construction, and completion is slated for the summer of 2003.
