Career moves, Kudos and Business moves

Jeffrey L. Zimm, M.D., announces the opening of All Saints Eye Center in Fort Myers. Dr. Andrew Hart, a board-certified optometrist and graduate of the Indiana College of Optometry, will also be practicing in the Fort Myers office.

Dr. Stephen A. Prendiville has opened a facial plastic and reconstructive surgery practice in Southwest Florida.

Charles Walters has been hired by Neal Communities as land development manager to oversee the company's land-management and tree- conservation efforts. Walters most recently served as land development project manager for Pulte Homes.

Business Moves

Sunsail's power catamarans will be moving to the Burnt Store Marina, with access to Charlotte Harbor.

Fowler White Boggs Banker has opened a Bonita Springs office, the firm's third office in Southwest Florida and its eighth office in the state.

Gates McVey has broken ground on the Gates McVey Headquarters Building. The two-story Mediterranean-style office will be located in north Naples at 12810 Tamiami Trail North. When completed, the building will contain approximately 12,500 square feet of Class-A office space. The company has also begun site work for the Equestrian Professional Center, its newest office condominium project in Collier County, in east Naples. It also has launched Park Central North, phase two of an existing 10-building commercial development in north Naples.

James E. Croley III, M.D., of the Cataract and Refractive Institute of Florida has announced the opening of his Naples office at Coventry Square, 870 111th Ave. North.

Absolute Design has just completed architectural design for an estimated 200,000 square feet of mixed-use space for the following new commercial developments: Tamiami Square, a 9.6-acre project that will include a 75,000-square-foot retail center and two outparcels in north Naples on U.S. 41); Forest Glen Plaza, a 70,000-square-foot Mediterranean-style retail center at Route 951 and Davis Boulevard; and Constitution Center on Old U.S. 41, a multiuse retail development center. Absolute Design has also just announced an affiliate office to be located in Delray Beach.

Surgical Associates of Southwest Florida has opened a larger office in Bonita Springs at the Bonita Community Health Center, 3501 Health Center Blvd., suite 2170.
