Whos garnering applause, getting promoted and moving on.

WCI Communities named Tony Rodriguez as director of sales at the Colony Golf & Bay Club, Bonita Springs, and James Costigan as director of sales for its Tuscany Reserve and Tiburón luxury golf course complexes in north Naples.

Bonita Bay Group named David G. Tillis as regional general manager for new market areas, and added Mark Blakemore, Kimberly L. Maloney, AnnaMaria Schneider and Earl Webber as sales associates. The company also appointed Tony Larsen as executive chef at the Verandah Club, and Jim Oliver, a PGA member with more than 20 years of experience in the golf industry, as managing director of New Leaf, its amenities-management division.

Spencer B. Emmons joined commercial real estate firm Colliers Arnold's Fort Myers office as a junior broker.

Joining Re/Max Realty Group in Fort Myers are residential associates Ralph Janas, Michael Nolan and Monica Macho. Tim Waters was named manager of its new office at the Shops of Verandah. George R. Tomasi and Chuck Smith joined Fort Myers' Re/Max Realty Group's commercial division.
