The entrepreneurs Scott works with have much clearer visions, and on any given day you can hear the sounds of their emergent success: the whir of eggbeaters at Tastee's Caribbean Bakery, the hiss of a blowtorch at K & C Welding, the clinking of tools at S & M Auto Repair. They're all current Enterprise Center tenants that will move into the $3.2 million space next year, breathing new economic life into this long-neglected part of town.
