environmental conservation efforts with the Environmental Protection’s Department’s Green Lodging Certification program.

The Calusa Chapter of the Florida Engineering Society honored three WilsonMiller engineers: Dan Waters was appointed to chapter president; John English was awarded "Engineer of the Year – 2008"; and Allyson Swanson was named "Young Engineer of the Year—2008." WilsonMiller also received the 2008 National Society of Professional Engineers’ Professional Development Award for Private Practice.

Kevin Carmichael of Salvatori and Wood was appointed to the board of governors of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the board of directors of the Association of Graduates of the United States Air Force Academy.
