BANKS TO WORK WITH WCI
>>WCI Communities Inc.
(NYSE:WCI) has struck an agreement with its lenders to amend the terms of a $700 million secured revolving line of credit and a $263 million secured bank loan, through June 30, 2009. The deal provides the company with financial flexibility to help keep it afloat in the tough housing market.

CAPE CORAL OFFICE BUILDING
>>A groundbreaking for Tuscan Place
, a mixed-use office building in Cape Coral, will take place at 3:30 p.m. today. The three-story, 21,000-square-foot structure will be at 302 Del Prado Blvd. N. It will feature medical, executive office and general office spaces. Gulfcoast Consulting Group Inc. is the design-build firm for the project.

>>Construction of the new Anchor Health Center
, across from Collier Regional Medical Center on Collier Boulevard, has been completed. The two-story building has about 15,000 square feet via two stories. Architecture Inc. was the architect of record.

has elected Ray Judah as chair and Frank Mann as vice chair. Both are county commissioners. The board meets bimonthly to set policy and direct the operations of Southwest Florida International Airport and Page Field General Aviation Airport in Fort Myers.

MORE STORAGE
>>Basik Development LLC
(www.basikdevelopment.com) will build three new industrial storage units, two mini-storage facilities and a large storage facility at Naples Big Cypress, at East Tamiami Trail and Basik Road. The project will increase from four to 10 the number of storage buildings at Naples Big Cypress. The 80-acre campus also features outdoor boat and RV storage, a future motor coach park and the Big Cypress Market Place, an 87,000-square-foot, air-conditioned flea market and winery opening this spring.

JET SERVICE
>>DayJet Corporation has added Naples and Savanah, Ga.
, to its DayPort service network. DayJet members can fly “Per-Seat, On-Demand” jet service to and from 45 regional destinations across Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi and South Carolina when they begin or end their travel at Naples Municipal Airport (KAPF), Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (KSAV) or other DayPort airports.
