MIVA FINANCIALS SCHEDULED

will release its fourth-quarter and annual financial results on Thursday after the market close. Management will discuss the report during a conference call at 5 p.m. on that day.

PERIWINKLE RESTORATION
>>Vanasse & Daylor LLP
has been awarded the contract for phase three of the Periwinkle Way Corridor Restoration project on Sanibel Island. The work involves landscape planning and design, which will include native shrubs, groundcover and flowers. VanasseDaylor also completed phases one and two. Hurricane Charley damaged the tree canopy that was long associated with Periwinkle Way and the island of Sanibel.

BEASLEY DIVIDEND
>>Beasley Broadcast Group Inc.’s (Nasdaq: BBGI)
board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.0625 for each share of its Class A and Class B common stock. The dividend is payable on April 18 to shareholders of record on March 31.

IMAGE AWARD

has won the Presidents Image Award from the American Rental Association in recognition of “extraordinary contributions in creating a positive image of the event rental industry.” Creative Events is a Fort Myers-based event-planning and management company.

SWEETBAY OPENS
>>Sweetbay Supermarket
will open its fifth store in Naples on Saturday at 4015 Santa Barbara Blvd. The event will include a chef preparing recipes that feature Sweetbay Angus beef, free cholesterol and glucose screenings and appearances by Tony the Tiger.


PROJECT MANAGER

(www.consult-rwa.com) has hired Randall Hendra to work on its surveying and mapping team. Hendra has more than 14 years of experience as a professional surveyor and mapper. He will work as a project manager for RWA’s Naples office surveying division and will oversee the day-to-day survey operations of the office and field crews.

(www.gatesinc.com) has completed the 18,000-square-foot renovation and expansion of Copperleaf at The Brooks Country Club. The project was designed by the ADP Group of Sarasota.

(www.epncare.com) has opened in La Piazza, Ave Maria’s town center. The 2,600-square-foot clinic is located at 5068 Annunciation Circle, Suite 111.
