WHY WE LOVE IT: What’s not to love about a brand-new restobar to hit one of Naples’ most charming pedestrian areas? On an offshoot of Third Street South, this open-air gathering spot delivers in spades for ambiance, attentive service, killer bites to eat and crazy-creative cocktails. (Prepare to gasp when they smoke a glass with a crème brûlée torch.) In the months since it opened it has become everyone’s favorite watering hole, a perfect place to congregate after a long day at work—or for some fun in the sun (lunch is served December through Easter, with weekend brunch all year).

IDEAL MEAL: Please make sure to start with a house “bevy”—they’re unique, cheeky and cover all bases, from a grown-up and delightfully quirky fig daiquiri to the Sergeant Pepper with green chili vodka and prickly pear liqueur (not to mention there’s a carefully curated wine list from Bruce Nichols of The Wine Store). Any of the shared plates to indulge in alongside them are winsome. Go for the poke, an ingredients-driven exercise, where luxurious blocks of tuna and avocado create a delicately balanced Jenga game on wafer-thin wontons, or a rainbow-hued beet salad kissed by a Prosecco-orange dressing. Mains are rich, savory and memorable—even a vegan, gluten-free cauliflower “steak” that’s smothered in piquant romesco.

VIBE: It’s hip and cool, but not obnoxiously so. And there’s something intoxicating about how there are zero walls on two sides of the square-shaped space—and that the roof is optional (most of the time the retractable panels are pulled way back, letting you star-gaze while sipping). In the daylight, lovely live botanical art catches your eye—in addition to the many people passing by, who often wind up coming in and grabbing a seat.
