Gulfshore Business magazine welcomes you to nominate yourself or someone else for the 2020 40-under-40 issue in September. We will identify 40 individuals who have distinguished themselves in their professions and in the community. We require that nominees must still be under 40 by Sept. 1. Please complete the requested information below and submit it electronically below. We will not publish street addresses, phone numbers or e-mail addresses. The deadline is 11:59 p.m. on April 24.
Please fill out the form completely and take time to fully explain why the nominee should be a 40-under-40 honoree. For example, what are some of his or her achievements at work or in the community? Does the person have any interesting hobbies?
Only one nomination is necessary, because our panel of judges will choose winners on merit rather than popular vote. Also, we will not accept multiple people per nomination—for instance, husband and wife teams or groups from the office.
