Marcia Davis served as director of real estate at the Housing Authority of the City of Fort Myers (HACFM) when she was honored in 2007. While there, Davis was instrumental in getting the Boys & Girls Club campus built on the site of HACFM’s Renaissance Preserve community in Dunbar. She left her post in 2013 to work as chief real estate officer for the City of Richmond (Virginia) Housing Authority. And, as of January, she’s back at HACFM in the role of executive director.
