Stephanie Hoffman is the director of operations for Junior Achieve­ment of Southwest Florida. In that role, she strives to strengthen existing relationships and cultivate new ones, to help sustain and generate healthy operating revenue for JASWFL.

“Junior Achievement of Southwest Florida is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing students the skills and knowledge necessary for future economic success,” she says. “As director of operations, I provide support for JA staff and I’m responsible for event management, marketing and stra­tegic development assistance.”

Hoffman’s heart for the com­munity shines both personally and professionally. In addition to her role with JA, she is also program co-chair of the Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce’s Women in Business Committee, which focuses on helping Southwest Florida women achieve their fullest potential.
