As the founder and CEO of LIV Digital Marketing, a full-service marketing and advertising agency, Vanessa M. Chaviano brings more than 15 years of experience in marketing and business operations to her business. And she brings that same commitment to serving her local community.
“I founded a nonprofit organization, Leading Latina, to advance and promote the personal/professional growth and leadership of our members and women within the Hispanic community,” she says. “The organization’s goal this year is to raise funds to provide two scholarships to local high school graduates in the spring.”
Chaviano is a graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University, where she earned a dual bachelor’s degree followed by a master’s degree in criminal forensics. She later returned to Ashford University to receive her MBA.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?
You can take a seat at the table and be yourself. You don’t have to “play the game” to get ahead in life. It’s important to stay true to who you are. The right connections will be made, and the right doors will open in their time.
