Located at 26502 Longboard Drive, near the northwest corner of the East Terry Street-Kent Road intersection, the one- to three-bedroom cottage-style homes feature private first-floor entries, fenced backyards and up to 1,626 square feet of living space. Rents start at $2,036 for a one-bedroom flat and go up to $3,820 for a three-bedroom residence. Amenities include a resort-style pool, fitness center, lounge and dog park. The development is being delivered in phases and is the fourth Halstatt-Soltura project in Southwest Florida.
