ALDI, Chick-fil-A and Heartland Dental are targeted to open later this year with all three businesses fully operational by early 2022 at Addison Place retail center near the northwest corner of Immokalee Road and Collier Boulevard in North Naples. WMG Development, a national real estate investment and development company, has been making progress on the 4,260-square-foot dental office, which will separate the discount grocery store and the fast-food restaurant in front of the existing Addison Place Apartments. The 4,942-square-foot, 106-seat Chick-fil-A restaurant, the third in Collier County, will include an innovative drive-thru design featuring a full-size sliding door for convenient service. The more than 20,000-square-foot ALDI store will be the fourth for the national grocer in Collier County.
