Fortune has released its second annual list of the 100 Best Workplaces for Millennials.
Researchers surveyed more than 88,000 millennials at more than 600 companies. Respondents were asked to consider manager support, transparency of communication, ability to invest in themselves outside of the office, meaningfulness at work, and more. Results were based upon employee feedback.
New York City-based digital marketing company Elite SEM topped the chart, with 91 percent of millennial employees as its workforce. Quicken Loans, Kimley-Horn, Point B and Ultimate Software—an IT company headquartered in Weston, Florida—rounded out the top five.
