Southwest Florida home builder Frey & Son Homes has broken ground on a new inventory home at 993 Spruce Court on Marco Island. The two-story Dominica model will feature four bedrooms, four bathrooms and 3,636 square feet of air-conditioned living area. The home will also feature contemporary elements, including an open floor plan, a kitchen with an oversized island, an outdoor living area with a pool and spa, a loft/media room, a great room with high ceilings, and a master suite. The expected completion date is fall 2022.
