Breeze Airways announced new services to four destinations from Southwest Florida International Airport in south Fort Myers. The new routes will start in early October with twice-weekly service to Bangor, Maine; Stewart/Newburgh, New York; Lansing, Michigan; and Wilkes-Barre/Scranton, Pennsylvania. The route to New York Stewart International Airport, 70 miles outside of New York City, will operate on Wednesdays and Saturdays starting Oct. 2. On Oct. 3, routes to Capital Region International Airport in Lansing on Thursdays and Sundays and Wilkes-Barre Scranton International Airport on Thursdays and Sundays will begin. The route to Bangor International Airport on Wednesdays and Saturdays will start Oct. 5. Breeze now serves Fort Myers with 19 nonstop destinations.
