The home, 1967 SE 36th Terrace, was purchased for $5.8 million while the furnishings were acquired at an additional cost of $263,000. The home was marketed by Maxwell Thompson of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty’s Sanibel office. Built by Windward Construction in 2022, the 4,694-square-foot home is on a 0.43-acre lot with 300 feet of seawall. The outdoor space includes a tiki hut, pool, entertainment areas, outdoor kitchen, private boat lift and two jet ski ports.
