Chris-Tel Construction completed Phase 2 of the East Pointe Expansion project for the Housing Authority of the City of Fort Myers. This project is located within the Greater Dunbar Neighborhood and features three, three-story multifamily buildings totaling 120,000 square feet. This new affordable housing development was a collaborative effort with Parker/Mudgett/Smith Architects that added 90 affordable housing units to the community.
