TKS Properties purchased 21,858 square feet of retail space at 19521 and 19527 Highland Oaks Drive, just west of Ben Hill Griffin Parkway and north of Corkscrew Road, in Estero from Estero Covenant Group LLC for $9.2 million. Rob Carroll, CCIM, MAI, of Investment Properties Corp. represented the seller, and Eric Strom and Walt Nelson of Trinity Commercial Group represented the buyer.
