Esquire Land Title, a local title company owned and operated by attorney Tom Larned and Irina Prell serving commercial and residential clients, has opened an office at 649 Fifth Ave. S., Suite 206, in Naples, the Fifth Avenue South Business Improvement announced. Esquire Land Title provides services to lenders, real estate agents, builders and investors with every type of real estate transaction. The firm was established in 2017 in Lee County and later branched out to Charlotte County. This is the firm’s first location in Collier County. Esquire Land Title offers services for new construction, buyers and sellers, lenders, Realtors and commercial closings.
