Workers in Florida who have stayed in their job for at least 12 months saw their wages increase 4.5% year-over-year from in December 2024, according to data from ADP’s Pay Insights report. The report captures wages from the same cohort of almost 10 million individual employees over 12 months. ADP also found the median annual salary in Florida in December was $52,400. Nationally, the median annual pay for job stayers in December increased to $59,400, while the median annual wage growth slowed to 4.6%, the slowest pace of gains since July 2021. Nationally, wage growth for job changers declined to 7.1%.
