Shaked Properties LLC purchased a 72,233-square-foot building on 5.43 acres at the Santini Marina Plaza at 7205 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach, from WCSJRII Corp. for $18.6 million. Bill Young and Biagio Bernardo of Lee & Associates | Naples – Fort Myers negotiated the transaction.
The new store, slated to open May 1, also has maximum space when compared to the old one.
