Frey & Son Homes is planning more Cape Coral inventory homes in the new year. Located at 4406 NW 40th Street, the homebuilder’s Key Biscayne 2 model will feature three bedrooms, three bathrooms and views of a large saltwater basin. The property, located on a Gulf access lot, will also include a designer pool and spa and three-car garage and is expected to be completed in early summer 2022. Next year another home is debuting at 3253 NW 21st Terrace in Cape Coral. The St. Lucia model will feature three bedrooms, three bathrooms, 10-foot sliders and views of the Alligator Slough canal.
