FutureMakers has announced a new partnership with Hertz. The multi-year commitment will include a $75,000 donation from Hertz to support the coalition’s work over the next three years. FutureMakers Coalition aims to transform Southwest Florida’s workforce by increasing the proportion of working-age adults with college degrees, workforce certificates, industry certifications and other high-quality credentials to 55%. The coalition has grown to more than 140 cross-sector partner organizations and 250 FutureMakers representing business, education, government, nonprofits, philanthropy, residents and students across Glades, Hendry, Collier, Lee and Charlotte counties. Hertz’s multi-year commitment will further FutureMakers Coalition’s goal of transforming Southwest Florida’s workforce by increasing the percentage of working-age adults who hold post-high school credentials to 55% by 2025.
