LeeTran will launch a pilot program June 12 offering half-priced ULTRA Mobility on Demand rides for travel to and from its Lehigh Acres Park & Ride station, 1121 Village Lakes Drive. The fare will be reduced from $3 to $1.50 per ride. The initiative aims to boost use of the new transfer station, which opened in April, and improve access to LeeTran’s fixed-route services. Routes 110 and 515 connect Lehigh Acres and Fort Myers via Edison Mall and Joel Boulevard.
