Real estate brokerage and development firm LSI Companies Inc. plans to move its Fort Myers headquarters to a new facility at 8000 Summerlin Lakes Blvd. President and CEO Justin Thibaut said the move is predicated by continued company growth and expansion throughout Southwest Florida, recently surpassing a substantial company milestone and reaching a $1 billion pipeline of listed and contracted properties. The new facility will provide room to accommodate the recent growth in the company’s sales and support divisions and better serve the clients of Southwest Florida by providing an easily accessed state-of-the-art office equipped to handle the ever-growing presence the firm has established. Retland Holdings LLC and Kevin Burns CPA LLC will join LSI in the new facility. LSI intends to begin operations at the new headquarters in September following facility upgrades and renovation. LSI operates offices in Fort Myers, Naples and Punta Gorda and facilitates commercial real estate transactions and advisory throughout the region.
