Neal Communities is near completion of phase one construction of the land development activity at SkySail, a 642-acre parcel located on Oil Well Road in Naples. Neal Communities will build 1500-plus single-family and multi-family homes in the gated community. In the heart of the community are both the Lakehouse and Wellness buildings, which overlook one of the largest lakes within the community. The development features 246 acres of lakes in all, plus a lagoon resort-style swimming pool and lap pool. The company will create homes from its Cruise, Celebration and Cove Series of floor plans offering living areas from 1,500 to 3,500 square feet with up to five bedrooms, two- and three-car garages, and six different exterior elevation design choices.
