Naples residents Torong and Chef Sathit “Todd” Boonyavairoj launched their fifth Sushi-Thai restaurant Wednesday for a regional dining concept spanning nearly 20 years. The new Sushi-Thai Too moved into the former space of Cirella’s Neighborhood Bistro and Bar in an endcap unit at Vanderbilt Commons near the northwest corner of Vanderbilt Beach Road and Collier Boulevard in North Naples. The restaurant at 7211 Vanderbilt Beach Road serves sushi rolls and a variety of international noodle dishes for lunch and dinner from 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
