A furnished single-family home in Port Royal closed for $46.8 million, representing the most expensive single-family property sold in Collier County year to date and the fifth most expensive residential sale ever in the county, according to Southwest Florida MLS. The 8,930-square-foot, four-bedroom, seven-bathroom home, 1672 Galleon Drive, represents the most expensive non-beachfront residential sale in Port Royal and the county. John R. Wood Christie’s International Real Estate’s Bill Earls and Larry Lappin represented both the buyer and the seller.
