Best Supply Properties LLC purchased a 11,950-square-foot warehouse at 8031 Mainline Parkway in south Fort Myers from JCT Mainline LLC for $4.38 million. Best Supply is a supplier of commercial and residential interior building products. This will be the company’s 15th location in the U.S. and its first in Southwest Florida. Chase Mayhugh, SIOR, CCIM, and Justin Ankney, CCIM, of Mayhugh Commercial Advisors represented the buyer and seller.
