Florida was the top state in the U.S. for move-ins and third for move-outs by volume in Hire a Helper’s fifth annual migration study. It analyzed 107,000 moves over the past year to gain an understanding of where Americans are relocating to and from. Florida experienced an overall net gain in residents of 23.5%, placing it 13th out of the 24 states experiencing a gain in the last year. Texas, California, North Carolina and Georgia rounded out the top five states for move-ins.
