His column, which takes on a timely Q & A format, was a must-read for many years not just for growth and development, but also for the latest news covering the restaurant scene in the region. In 2020, Aten joined the team at Gulfshore Business covering growth, development and restaurants for Gulfshore Business magazine and the publication’s morning and afternoon newsletters. Each Friday, “Tim Aten Knows” will be posted at 9 a.m. on gulfshorebusiness.com and will appear in that afternoon’s edition of Gulfshore Business Today.
