$14 MILLION PENTHOUSE NAMED HIGHEST-PRICED SALE IN PARK SHORE BEACH HISTORY

A beachfront penthouse has sold for a record-breaking $14 million, the highest-priced residential sale in the history of Park Shore Beach, according to a press release. Located in the Regent at 4101 Gulf Shore Boulevard North, PH-2, the residence was marketed and sold exclusively by Marion Bethea and Anne Killilea of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty’s Village office. Designer Peter Ferwerda created the interiors, such as custom woodwork and translucent silver travertine flooring. Appointments include a gourmet kitchen, home theater, custom bar and family room with fireplace. The master suite features a sitting area, fitness area and spa-like dual baths. A cabana room with sliding glass doors leads to two terraces with a grill and outdoor fireplace. The residence also includes an air-conditioned three-car garage.
