The average ticket price of a round-trip fare at Southwest Florida International Airport was about $472 last year, according to an analysis of U.S. Bureau of Transportation Statistics data by the travel website Upgraded Points. The national average cost stood at about $466, while the average in Florida was about $404.

If you’re looking for a deal, try Fort Lauderdale International Airport, where the average price is about $70 lower than the state average. St. Pete-Clearwater and Punta Gorda also have low average prices, but both are small airports that primarily fly limited routes from Allegiant and other low-cost airlines.

And keep this in mind if you’re stressed over prices: The average ticket in Wyoming costs $718.
