Texas-based Ford & Sons Real Estate Investors purchased a 91,498-square-foot, single- tenant retail property within Port Charlotte Town Center, 1441 Tamiami Trail, in Port Charlotte from an affiliate of RCG Ventures for $8.8 million. The space is leased to Bealls. Bryan Belk, John Tennant, Chris Adams and Sam Roe of Franklin Street Commercial Real Estate represented the seller.

COLLIER COUNTY

208 Palm River Boulevard LLC purchased a 12-unit apartment complex at 208 Palm River Blvd. in North Naples from E & B Home Group Inc. for $5.25 million. David J. Stevens, CCIM, of Investment Properties Corp. represented the buyer and seller.

Rodney B Hansen 2012 Family Trust purchased 2.75 Acres of vacant land, Parcel #00447240009 at Tamiami Trail East and Habitat Drive, in East Naples from Utopia East Trail LLC for $2.2 million. David J. Stevens of Investment Properties Corp. represented the seller, and William V. Gonnering of Investment Properties Corp. represented the buyer.

Seagate Mine LLC purchased a 503-acre mining property at 21260 State Road 82 in Fort Myers from MCIN Bell LLC for $15.2 million. Justin Thibaut, CCIM, of LSI Companies Inc. represented the buyer and seller.

Reynwood LLC purchased 37,344 square feet of office space at 14850 Global Parkway in Fort Myers from Panther Center FIP LLC for $6,625,000. David J. Stevens, CCIM of Investment Properties Corp. represented the buyer and seller.

HB Family Limited Partnership Ltd. purchased a 10,522-square-foot space at 13525 Bell Tower Drive in Fort Myers from First-Citizens Bank & Trust Co. for $2.75 million. Michael J. Frye, CCIM, with RE/MAX Realty Group Commercial Division represented the buyer, and Tony Mangione and Ty Hensley with Trinity Community Group represented the seller.

Walco Leasing LLC purchased 9.16 acres at 2200 SW Pine Island Road in Cape Coral from Manfred Lueck for $2.2 million. The acquisition was in conjunction with Walco Leasing’s purchase of the adjoining 5.96 acres at 2120 SW Pine Island Road from DELODDER MARY P TR for $1.25 million. Michael Price, ALC, of LandQwest Commercial represented the buyer in both transactions.  

RR Copperhead LLC purchased a 176-acre golf course property at 20910 Copperhead Drive in Lehigh Acres from A Fortune Teller’s Dream #2 LLC for $2.1 million. Randy Thibaut, ALC, Hunter Ward, CCIM, and William Rollins, CCIM, ALC, of LSI Companies Inc. represented the buyer and seller.
