Construction of a new single-family housing development began this month on Orange Blossom Drive in North Naples. The intimate Cambridge Park at Orange Blossom will have only 17 homesites on the south side of Orange Blossom between Goodlette-Frank and Airport-Pulling roads.

London Bay, a North Naples-based custom home builder and developer, will offer five of its most popular estate home plans featuring the company’s signature coastal contemporary architecture for the boutique community. Each luxury home in Cambridge Park will showcase London Bay’s attention to detail with prices starting in the $2 millions.

LB Orange Blossom LLC, an affiliate of London Bay Homes, purchased the 6.82-acre tract at 2010 Orange Blossom Drive from SJL Realty Trust II for $2.475 million in 2015, Collier County property records show. David J. Stevens of Investment Properties Corp. negotiated the transaction for the property, known as Savannah Place residential planned unit development.

Cambridge Park subdivision will be built on a single private road, Cambridge Park Drive, with a cul-de-sac situated between the Mill Run and Cay Lagoon residential developments on Orange Blossom, plans filed with the county show. Floor plans range from 2,800 to 4,100 square feet under air with up to five bedrooms, covered outdoor living and custom pools and spas. Two of the floor plans were created exclusively for Cambridge Park.

“Each of these home designs reflect the needs and wants of today’s homebuyer as well as our custom clientele,” said Mark Wilson, president and CEO of London Bay. “People love the spaciousness of an open floor plan designed around the great room, kitchen and dining area and how it opens to the pool and a large outdoor living space. Many homebuyers are working from home now and need an office or two. In addition to dedicated studies, spare bedrooms are designed to offer maximum flexibility.”

Each of the five floor plans at Cambridge Park offer two elevations and upgrade options, including three-car garages, outdoor kitchens, pool bathrooms, extended master suite closets and soaking tubs in the master bath. Homebuyers will work with London Bay’s team of professionals in its selection studio to choose flooring, cabinetry, countertops and finishing options, Wilson said.

Offering more than 4,100 square feet of living space, the two-story New Haven model (pictured) is Cambridge Park’s largest floor plan and one of the new designs. The estate’s four bedrooms include the master suite and a guest room on the ground floor, and two bedrooms on the second floor with a shared loft. It also offers four full bathrooms and a powder room.

The Leighton, also a new design, offers three bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,799 square feet of living space. With an adjacent full bathroom, the private study can be easily converted to a fourth bedroom. The three-bedroom, three-bathroom Devonshire model offers 2,900 square feet of living space and the added flexibility of repurposing the study as a fourth bedroom.

The Cameron, a three-bedroom floor plan available at Cambridge Park at Orange Blossom, offers three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a powder bath and 3,190 square feet under air. Master suites for the Cameron, Devonshire, Leighton and New Haven models have two walk-in closets, bathrooms with dual vanities and glass-enclosed showers.

With a generously sized open great room concept, an oversized kitchen pantry and the option of adding a bar in the dining area, the Martinique floor plan is designed for entertaining. The 3,564-square-foot home has three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a powder room. The master suite features an expansive walk-in closet and a bathroom offering dual vanities and an oversized glass-enclosed shower.
