London Bay proposes an opportunity to live in harmony with nature as the development group announces plans for The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Estero Bay — two 22-story towers of luxurious waterfront condominiums starting in the $2 millions. Sales have begun for the first tower, which is scheduled to break ground by the end of this year with 112 condo residences in Estero.

“The property will be transformative in all of its attributes, from its immaculate design and amenities to its placemaking character, creating the most magnificent coastal lifestyle one can seek,” said Mark Wilson, CEO of London Bay Development Group. “The Ritz-Carlton is the quintessential brand for prestigious living, which will transcend luxury in Southwest Florida.”

The Ritz-Carlton brand is being used under a license from The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Co., which is not selling or developing The Ritz-Carlton Residences. The project is being promoted by London Bay as a lifestyle uniting luxurious living with nature on the Gulf Coast. “Situated within 500 acres of lush lands and beside the natural beauty of the state’s first aquatic preserve of Estero Bay presents a rare opportunity in a sheltered oasis for the legendary brand, unlike any other,” the company says.

Exceptional service, a hallmark of The Ritz brand, is the goal with high-touch concierge care, private training sessions, on-site pet grooming and a beauty salon. Amenities will include 36,000 square feet of indoor offerings with many on-site dining options. A central 8,000-square-foot space will include the Sunset Lounge intimate dinner spot and the Sports/News Café. The oasis includes a wine and whiskey bar, a card room and a demonstration and catering kitchen.

The property will feature three swimming pools, floating pavilions, a lagoon and lush landscaping with cabanas, firepits, barbecue stations and bocce courts. A wellness center with garden views will offer fitness, a yoga and Pilates studio, a private training section, and locker rooms with steam and sauna. Also expect a business center and dedicated kids and teen lounges.

The condo towers were rounded to provide views from every residence while capturing natural light from sunrise to sunset. Residences with dedicated private elevator entries will range from 2,628 to 3,885 square feet with two-, three- and four-bedrooms. Each residence also is available with a den for flex use as an office, a family room, a library or any other need. Balconies spanning up to 2,200 square feet offer views of the bay.

Residents will be able to walk to the Saltleaf Marina, part of the new Saltleaf community underway with a master-planned coastal village and championship golf. This expanded hub will replace the clubhouse of Raptor Bay Golf Club, which will become the Saltleaf Golf Preserve. Raptor Bay Golf Club in Estero is north of the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort and Spa.
