MK Architecture President and Partner Michael Sheeley completed the design for Venetian Walk II in Venice, Florida, which recently had its grand opening.

Venetian Walk II is a family public housing project for the Venice Housing Authority and Norstar Development. The project includes 52 modern apartment units in a string of five separate two- and three-story buildings consisting of one-, two- and three-bedroom configurations. 

The Venetian Walk project also includes a community building with a meeting room, playground, business center and operations/management office. Sheeley previously designed the adjacent 61-unit Venetian Walk senior housing complex.
