Naples real estate inventory dropped 76% to 1,240 in October compared to October 2020, according to the Naples Area Board of Realtors (NABOR), which tracks home listings and sales within Collier County, excluding Marco Island. Overall pending sales decreased by 31% to 1,186, while the median closed price increased 17% to $450,000. The number of new listings dropped by 32% to 1,027 and overall closed sales declined by 32% to 858, NABOR reports. The average number of days on market dropped by 75% to 23.
