Ninja Steak House & Sushi Bar opened last week for lunch and dinner at the Galleria Shoppes At Vanderbilt on the northwest corner of Airport-Pulling and Vanderbilt Beach roads in North Naples. Ninja features Japanese cuisine with an entertaining tableside Hibachi cooking show, a sushi bar and a full bar with indoor and outdoor dining. The extensive menu includes hibachi entrees with chicken, salmon, shrimp, steak, filet mignon, scallops, lobster and vegetables. Lunch, served until 3 p.m. daily, includes hibachi plates, bento boxes and sushi bar and maki specials.
