The Florida Department Health in Lee County (FDOH-Lee) in partnership with Lee Health and First Assembly Cornerstone will host a Community Faith and Wellness in Action Health Fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on March 21 at First Assembly Cornerstone Church in Fort Myers. The community event will take place to raise and promote public health awareness. Health screenings will be available, free of charge, for all who attend. The health screening includes HIV/STDs screenings, immunizations, tobacco cessation, dental and vision, blood pressure, cholesterol, chronic disease, asthma, behavioral health, nutrition and more. The event will also feature educational materials and resources and a food pantry. Free family-friendly entertainment and refreshments will be provided.
