Reflection Lakes Commons, a south Fort Myers shopping and restaurant center known for Jason’s Deli, Jet’s Pizza and more, just sold for $6.27 million.
Sina LLC, an investment group based on the east coast of Florida, made the purchase from FLT Three LLC and Letra Realty LLC.
Gary Tasman, CEO, and Shawn Stoneburner, senior director and broker at Cushman & Wakefield, represented the seller.
“It was an investment sale,” Tasman said. “It’s really just a reflection of how strong the real estate market is with investors. It’s a further indication of the strength of that segment of the market. It’s the strength of the economy and people’s optimism looking forward.”
The retail and dining strip center has an address of 13550 Reflections Parkway, which is off Cypress Lake Drive and west of U.S. 41. Built in 2001, it has more than 25,000 square feet of space.
It’s just the latest in the typical, late-year flurry of deals as investors look to chart their course for the next year, Tasman said. “There’s more coming.
