After a long summer, maybe it’s time to switch up your yoga routine. The great thing about yoga is that you can do it anywhere—here are a few ways you can get out of the studio (or your house) and experience yoga in a whole new environment.


At the Beach

Beach yoga has become increasingly popular, especially as the weather cools. Be sure to bring your own beach towel.
Donation Yoga Naples: Classes 6:30 p.m. Wednesday and Sunday at 18th Ave. S. Beach; 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Lowdermilk Beach. $10-$20 donation.

Fort Myers Beach Yoga: Classes 9:30 a.m. Saturday at beach access #17. $12.


On an Island

Yoga House teams up with Pure Florida to host this cruise that makes its way through the scenic 10,000 Islands to Keewaydin.

Down on the Farm

Four-legged friends are your yoga partners at this rustic farm.
Goat yoga: 9 a.m. Saturdays at Dim Jandy Ranch, Fort Myers. $10


Amid the Flora

Take in the 170 acres of beauty at the Naples Botanical Garden’s twice-weekly classes in season.
Yoga in the Garden: 10 a.m. Sun- days and Wednesdays at Naples Botanical Garden. General admission plus $10


In Downtown Fort Myers

Practice yoga right in the historic Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center.
Indra Yoga at Sidney & Berne: 11:30 a.m. Wednesdays at Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center. $15
