After a long summer, maybe it’s time to switch up your yoga routine. The great thing about yoga is that you can do it anywhere—here are a few ways you can get out of the studio (or your house) and experience yoga in a whole new environment.

 

At the Beach

Beach yoga has become increasingly popular, especially as the weather cools. Be sure to bring your own beach towel.

Take in the 170 acres of beauty at the Naples Botanical Garden’s twice-weekly classes in season.

Practice yoga right in the historic Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center.
