After a quiet launch last month, The Franklin Social tavern in North Naples is throwing a grand opening party Friday with live music and drink specials.
The party is 3 to 11 p.m. Friday at the new late-night venue in Magnolia Square on the northeastern corner of Goodlette-Frank and Pine Ridge roads. Happy hour is 3 to 7 p.m. with live music by guitarist John Mameli from 7 to 10 p.m.
The Franklin Social is owned and operated by Carl Osburn, who also owns the popular Black Eyed Pig BBQ joint nearby. His new full liquor bar with craft cocktails, small bites, appetizers and chef-inspired small plates took over the former space of the Crispers eatery that Publix operated there until closing four years ago.
The Franklin Social, 5926 Premier Way, Suite 100, is open 3 to 11 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 3 to 10 p.m. Sunday.
