MK Architecture has been selected to design single-family models for FL Star Development in Collier County. Multiple models have been designed, ranging from 1,700 square feet to 2,100 square feet in the communities of Arrowhead Reserve, Sapphire Cove and Golden Gate Estates. RENOVATION PROJECT BEGINS AT VANDERBILT BEACH PARKING GARAGE
The Collier County Parks and Recreation started renovating the decks and trellis of the Vanderbilt Beach parking garage last week in North Naples. The project will continue through October. The parking garage, located at 100 Vanderbilt Beach Road, will remain open during the renovation. Areas of the parking garage will temporarily close during different phases of the renovation, but most parking areas will remain available for park visitors.
SEAGATE BREAKS GROUND ON WHITE CAP CONSTRUCTION SUPPLY
Seagate Development Group has broken ground on a 9.71-acre, 45,000-square-foot facility for White Cap Construction Supply. The national building materials supplier’s design-build project is under construction at 16542 Oriole Road in Fort Myers. Crews are now clearing and filling the site and preparing the two building pads for the foundation and slabs. Within the next two months, they will complete all the required infrastructure and drainage. Seagate will also erect an 18,000-square-foot metal structure for steel fabrication, complete with an overhead crane and steel-bending machines. The main building will feature a 32,990-square-foot warehouse, an open-area conference room, a break room and a showroom. Seagate is slated to complete the facility in mid-October and turn it over before month’s end. PDS Architecture is the architect on the White Cap project, while Quattrone & Associates is the civil engineer.
