Two Fort Myers real estate brokerages are combining forces and resources. United Real Estate Infinity announced its merger with Gateway Real Estate in a move that expands United’s residential and property management team while increasing its property management portfolio, including expertise in golf course communities.
Infinity, owned by Glynis Dekle, is part of Dallas-based United’s national network of real estate and auction professionals. Its office is at 12751 Westlinks Drive, Units 1 and 2.
United operates in 30 states with 110 offices and more than 16,000 agents. The company produced over $13.6 billion in sales volume in 2020.
Gateway Real Estate, which is located at 12331 Town Lake Drive, Unit 3, brings 40 years of experience and more than $20 million in sales volume. With brokerage founder John Little assuming the role of broker associate, the Gateway team will have access to United’s national network and marketing research.
“Our team will gain more training and access to innovative technology and tools we never had before. Together, we can expand our clientele while providing unparalleled customer experiences,” Little said.
